It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any design shown on our website.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when an order is placed. If stationery is required in less than 4 weeks than 100% payment is required to confirm the order. The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before the delivery date of the order. Wedding stationery will only be dispatched once the final balance has been paid. Cancellation of an order must be given in writing. In the event of an order being cancelled all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for. Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility.

Eternal Design cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved. Eternal Design will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns used in the Order of Service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that permission has been obtained.

Eternal Design cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in dispatch or delivery. All orders are subject to stock availability. If Eternal Design experiences difficulty with supply of necessary materials, the customer will be informed and similar materials of the equivalent quality will be suggested. Eternal Design only accepts sample requests and orders from customers who have a UK postal address.

Eternal Design is committed to protecting your privacy online. Names, addresses and email addresses are collected for order deliveries and from those wishing to join our mailing list.

We collect information about you for two reasons. To process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
