Return Policy

 
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from eternal design as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. An invoice marked paid will be dispatched to you for all purchases.

As most of our items are made to order we are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless there has been a mistake made on our part.   We will normally send a proof or ask you to comfirm your details by email  If we make a mistake when printing or making your items you will be entitled to full refund.  If you approve your sample and notice an error after it has been made we will not be able to offer a refund.

If you wish to return a non personalised item for exchange or refund, please return within 14 days of receipt of item. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and, where possible be accompanied by original packaging.

Claims
All claims for shortages, damages or lost goods must be reported Eternal Design  within Fourteen (14) days of the delivery.
Replacements for defective/damaged merchandise will be shipped via Royal Mail fist Cass.

No changes or cancellations are accepted for orders which have already been processed for shipping.
For custom personalised orders: if a proof has been created, a £25 cancellation fee is retained to cover labor costs and materials. Orders may not be cancelled or changed if the order is approved and printed.
